Frequently Asked Questions

What is the content library?

The content library is a section on the schedule page that is viewable once you have an active pass. These classes are free for members (you must still be signed in to see them) and are considered a drop in class or 1 punch on your punch card. These classes are the live virtual public classes that are recorded for you to take and are usually uploaded each night and will be available the next day to view.

How do I access the content library?

Once you have created an account and paid for a pass you are all set to take classes in the content library.

Go to the schedule page and find the Content library tab. Make sure you are signed in. If you have not yet set up an account with us on Punchpass, this will prompt you to create an account with a user name and password.

Do I have to have my camera on while practicing?

It isn’t necessary to turn on your camera during a live online yoga class, but it can help you feel more connected with the class, as well as allow the teacher to provide suggestions for alignment and postures.

How do I purchase a pass?

Go to the Schedule page and hit the “Purchase a Pass” tab. You will have the option to pay for a drop in class or buy packages or unlimited packages. Our best deal is the membership witch is $50 a month for unlimited classes and access to the content library.

What are the perks of being a member?

Beside the great rates for classes and full access to the content library. Members get extra discounts on workshops!

How do I sign up for class?

In order to sign in for class you must first purchase a pass or have an active package or membership. Then once you have that than you must “reserve” the class. A drop in pass does not automatically sign you up for a class. Make sure you register and get a confirmation email for class.

How do I get into class when it starts?

You will receive an email with a zoom link 20 minutes before class starts. When you are ready to take class, hit the zoom link and you will be prompted to join the class.

What if I can’t make it to a class I registered for?

You can cancel your class all the way up until it starts. If you don’t you will be “charged” for 1 class/drop in. If you have a membership it doesn’t matter if you cancel as it won’t affect your passes and the teacher will most likely be paid for your “attendance”.

What time zones are the classes?

Our time zones are Pacific Standard time. Most of our teachers are in California, although many are located nationally and internationally. Once you sign up for your class and “put in in your calendar”, the time zone will automatically update to your local time.

How do I cancel or change my membership?

If you need to cancel or change your membership email us at info@yogaworldheart.com and let us know. We will be happy to help you out and can sometimes offer a sliding scale membership if that makes more sense for your budget.
